some 1.14 sounds dosent play for me

hello, i am having an issue, i cant hear any of the following sounds:

• Foxes sounds

• Ravager sounds

• The new 5 noteblock sounds (i can hear the old ones)

and i can hear all the minecraft sounds, but not the sounds in the list above.

so, for my friends, they can hear that sounds, but i cant. What is causing this? Anyone knows why?
