On the small server I play on with my friends, we have a completely walled-in town for our villagers, but they disappear. It's one at a time, every four or five days, but I need it fixed.

I've been experiencing this issue too, and I'm not on a realm. I can upload an image of this issue proving it isn't only on realm worlds.

I too am having this issue. I have a fully walled and torched village I have spent nightes in a battle tower over looking the town nothing spawns in. I even named my villagers and over time mainly after shutting down and starting back up my server I find 1 and only 1 villager gone. When I started I had 6 villagers and I have added over 12 new beds to my village I have 5 Iron golems walking around that have spawned.Now my village has 2 of the orginal 6 and I keep losing any new spawns as soon as they grow up and gain jobs. I have many workstations also.
I also have the problem where my trades have not returned to normal after hitting a villager. I hit the guy once and now real time hours later over 100 trades with diffrent villagers and obtaining hero of the village my prestege it still bad. New villagers spawn and have normal prices till they sleep then they also get the angry prices.

I had a village of 11-12 villagers... now there is ONE!!!! I had traded with two but hadn't gotten around to trading with all, but an Iron Golem did spawn. Now I have one villager and an iron golem and that's IT!!! This says resolved, but HOW. I don't care if it's a duplicate, you didn't say how that was fixed either... I don't have a crash report because it doesn't crash, villagers just despawn... the last one in broad daylight with me watching him. He walked around a house and just never came around the other side... gone... disappeared...

This problem is not resolved. We are having villagers disappear too. It's very time and resource consuming to level up a villager's trades, and we had some really good ones selling silk touch or mending books, as an example. Just gone. poof. Tried reverting to last save, still gone.
