Mobs Get Caught On Bamboo

Mobs tend to frequently get caught on bamboo stocks and become trapped in infinite jumping loops until they're either nudged out of the way of the bamboo or the bamboo is cut down entirely.

Mobs would sometimes actively seek out bamboo and cling to it to continue jumping in-place infinitely.
