Llama's no longer drop what they are carrying.

I do not have pictures. While breeding llamas I was attacked, due to a lighting bug I have previously provided input for, by a skeleton. This skeleton hit one of the llamas and in the end many of my llamas were killed by each other. None of them dropped anything.

To confirm that it was simply because they killed each other, I killed two more llamas so confirm that the bug existed.
