Invisible Armorstands are Unbreakable

Bug: When armor stands are invisible they are unbreakable, even when players are in the creative gamemode.

Reason this would be a bug/ consider a bug: A lot of datapack creators, players and servers use invisible armor stands for decoration and this would make it where existing invisible armor stands in the world would not be able to be broken or moved without the use of commands.
