Like the title says, sky light seeps through the roof, I don't know which particular block. I tried changing the whole roof from top half slabs to full blocks but it didn't fix itself.

Duplicate of MC-149518

This is not resolved for me. In 1.14.2/vanilla on Ubuntu Linux, I have a 3x3x40h tower with the center column empty. The top of the column has above it, in order from bottom to top: 1 layer of Stone, 2 layers of Water, 1 layer of leaves. Despite that, it was showing Sky Light as 15 in the entire column. While trying to fix it, I tried sticking a block of Dirt underneath the Stone layer. That half-fixed it–it now shows 14 Sky Light at the top of the column, which recedes by one for every block you go down the column, hitting zero after descending 14 blocks–but that still doesn't seem right. Note also that it's still half-fixed even though I've since removed the block of Dirt.
