Mouse freezes at the center for a second every time I open an Inventory or Menu(Esc)

This bug appeared since 1.13 and continues on 1.14.

Tried two different computers on macOS, bug still here.

Freeze is about 400-600ms

I can’t move mouse anywhere.

But 1.12.2 works fine!
