random gear equipping sounds

after upgrading my world from 1.13.2 to 1.14, I started getting "gear equipping" sounds around a certain spot of my base that are maxing out the sounds near my base so I can't even hear my 3 beacons, but I can't even hear the "gear equipping" sound and every time I leave the specific spot of my base, the gear equipping sound is gone and in the debug screen(F3) the sounds drop almost immediately from 247/247 to 8/247
