Since 1.14 player can enchant his armor by "protection" AND "projectile protection" AND "blast protecion" AND "fire resist" on one item together.
And player can find armor in dangeons with that enchants together on one item (chest, legs...).
In 1.13.2 it was impossiable. Player must choose single enchant: "protecton" OR "projectile protection" OR "blast protecion" OR "fire resist".

If this is not a bug, this is total imbalance changes! Player with diamond armor with "protection 4" and "projective protection 4" has too much damage resist from bows and crossbows. For example - bow with "Power 5" deals 1-1.5 damage per hit. Why developers do this with old enchant system?
And also - no information in patchnote about this changes.
"Protection", "Projectile Protection", "Blast Protection" and "Fire Protection" aren't mutally exclusive as of 1.14. Says on Minecraft Wiki.

I said patchnote, not wiki. Anyway, the combination of "protection 4" and "Projectile Protection" is totaly imbalance. It turns the bow or crossbow from powerful weapon to useless crap in PvP.
But Bedrock edition is still Ok in this moment. Its strange to see the that diffirence in gameplay between versions of Minecraft.
