Weather seems to change to thunderstorm every 5 minutes.

I created a world yesterday in the 1.14 version and updated to 1.14.1 today. Everything seems fine, but every 5 minutes or so the weather changes to thunderstorm. At first I believed it could be a coincidence, but I have literally written the command "weather clear" 12 times the last hour. So this does not seem like an element of chance.
