Chunks not loading properly

Some chunks will not load only visually and I can walk on them while other chunks will not load physically or visually, causing me to either become trapped in the ground or fall out of the world. This has happened on previous versions and used to resolve when debugging or waiting a minute but some chunks now refuse to load unless I restart the game.
