No VBO's option on the new 1.14 versions

I have a very old computer and can only play 1.13.2 because VBO's option have been remove from newer version and it make my game crash. Is there anyway you could add the VBO's option back again since our PC is has a very old processor and getting lock out from newer versions isn't good
