[MC-151956] Campfires don't light up when struck by lightning

What I expected to happen was...:
Lightning to light a campfire on fire

What actually happened was...:
Nothing happened when lightning struck a burnt out campfire

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Strike a burnt out campfire with a lightning bolt

its not a feature, lightning catches blocks on fire, id expect it to light a campfire
