[MC-152040] Sound angry Endermen not effected by sound settings

I've set the Sound > Hostile Creatures to 3% but the sound of angry Endermen is still very loud.

Environment

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

macOS 10.14.3

Hmm, I don't get the angry enderman noise at all, even if all my sound options are all the way up.
Edit: That's MC-115567

I cannot reproduce this. Did you change your sound settings while the enderman was screaming at you?
