Vietnamese alphabet is not fully supported by Minecraft font

Steps to reproduce:

1) Obtain a complete list of Vietnamese characters. Either visit https://vietnamesetypography.com/alphabet/ or copy the below:

ÁáÀàÃãĂăÂâĐđÉéÈèÊêếÍíÌìĨĩÓóÒòÕõÔôƠơÚúÙùŨũƯưÝý

2) Paste the characters into any text field in Minecraft (chat, book and quill, etc.)

3) Observe that while most characters are supported, a few are not and default to Unicode, specifically: Ẵ ẵ Ẽ ẽ Ễ ễ Ồ Ỡ ỡ Ữ Ỹ ỹ

Fixed in 1.14.2 pre-release 3

Confirmed fix, added pictures of the fix for consistency. Thank you Mojang 😃

Vietnamese text input is still not supported. Typing the Vietnamese characters the regular way will result in an oddity where the diacritic mark appears as a separate character.  I did check, manually copying in a character will work, but that's not exactly practical.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Use Windows 10 Vietnamese Keyboard
2) Type any vowel and diacritic mark (Eg à ả ã á or ạ, ề ể ễ ế or ệ) by typing (in the standard win 10 layout) the vowel "a" then the tone mark " ̃ " to get ã. (by default ̃ is 7)

Characters will appear incorrectly, in both forced unicode and the standard font.

My (MacBook Air) keyboard is able to type those Vietnamese characters with no difficulty...

@unknown, that sounds like a separate issue. If there isn't a ticket about this yet, please create one.
