Vietnamese text input is still not supported. Typing the Vietnamese characters the regular way will result in an oddity where the diacritic mark appears as a separate character. I did check, manually copying in a character will work, but that's not exactly practical.
[media]Steps to Reproduce:
1) Use Windows 10 Vietnamese Keyboard
2) Type any vowel and diacritic mark (Eg à ả ã á or ạ, ề ể ễ ế or ệ) by typing (in the standard win 10 layout) the vowel "a" then the tone mark " ̃ " to get ã. (by default ̃ is 7)
Characters will appear incorrectly, in both forced unicode and the standard font.
