[MC-152257] Not slowing down while eating on ladders

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

Make ladder sequence
Get food
Go to the bottom of the ladder
Get in survival mode (unless you already are in survival)
Eat the food while climbing the ladder, then you will see that you so not slow down
