[MC-152506] Wither skull projectile has faces with old texture

you see that is has the old wither skeleton textures

Can confirm in 20w51a. I used these commands to reproduce:

/summon minecraft:wither_skeleton ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}
/summon minecraft:wither_skull ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

You can observe from doing this that the wither_skull head has the incorrect texture when you compare it with a wither skeleton.

Can confirm in 21w06a.
