Either this a performance Bug or the games doesn't handle when i get back to it?
How to know this bug:
1.Open up minecraft (the latest snapshot of 1.14.2)
2.Create any sort of world creative or survival
3. press the windows button
4.And click the minecraft game.
5. Press back to game
6.and the lag will start

Unable to reproduce this. Are you sure there was nothing else running in the background (maybe updates) while this happened? Are you able to reproduce it all the time on your end?
