Structure Blocks not working

I tried searching for this issue and have not found a recent thread regarding this particular problem but currently I discovered that Structure blocks are not working properly, I can't tell if it's not saving or loading right but I've been trying to copy a structure from one game file to another but each time I save the structure with the block and load it out it only loads part of the build, what it loads up changes each time I load the structure in. It doesn't matter if I load it in the same file I saved from or the new one. Also the entity's dont appear to load in either when I ask for them to be saved and loaded in. Both are running 1.14.1. Sorry if this thread is already out there, I couldn't find it! Below I attached one photo of the partial house generating in and the full structure i'm trying to save.
