A sound (I think in my case it was Cave 11) repeatedly plays with no apparent source. It does not show up on the subtitles and goes away after exiting and re-entering the world.

Can confirm I also had this issue on 1.14.1, under Linux. Only happened once and did have to exit and reconnect to fix.
