Lighting bug in enclosed areas in 1.14 release.

In an enclosed box (mob farm), two of three levels are now lit with no lighting blocks present after adding the third layer, within which this lighting bug is absent.  Updating the blocks with a torch does not fix the issue, and restarting the save file or even the application itself also has no effect.
