Invisible chunks when looking at block which is on new chunk and on old which is half visible

Welcome again. I have a bug. When I look at block and im on new chunk and reaching old chunk with head the game makes me this chunk empty. It also happened in 1.13.2

I can confirm I get this issue too when on chunk borders.
