Sand falling through pistons

Sand falls through the pistons in my setup after I turn it on and off. I am able to constantly reproduce this.

The bug is in the world attached, at the location 66 48 -83.5

Flick the lever once, wait until pistons stop firing, and then flick it again. to see the sand fall through the pistons.
