Requesting ownership of this issue. Many other issues duplicate this one, and I would like to make a clearer description (especially seeing as Capture.JPG no longer reproduces the issue), and the original poster is inactive.
Related to MC-159503 and could possibly be the same core issue considering falling block entities are still entities.
