1.14.1 create a world and crashes

help! i could play for 2 days when 1.14 first came out and haven't been able to play sense. I have updated all my drivers i think. I have uninstalled java and minecraft completely and that hasn't done a thing. Well now that 1.14.2 is out try to launch the game now it won't even finish loading in the mojang screen then crashes.

Is it possible for me to create a crash reports folder? Cause there isn't one in .minecraft.

I still cannot figure out the issue.

 

this is 1.14 not 1.6

 

I understand that it is a memory issue but have tried everything to fix it and can't figure it out it is very frustrating.

Can I get help right away??
