[MC-153142] Ender Pearl Gets Me Stuck

When throwing an ender pearl into a wall, I get stuck about half the time as if I'm on a ghost block. I have also noticed this same effect when jumping on tilled dirt as it converts back.

One time I throw it into a Skyscraper with some fence and I got stuck in the fence

What version were you playing and is it fixed in 1.14.2?

1.14 and up. All the snapshots and it still does it in 1.14.2.
