I killed a Skeleton or Zombie with armor and it dropped this chainmail helmet. It had two Protection enchantments and a Projectile Protection enchantment on this single helmet.

Protection and Projectile Protection being on the helmet is intended, see MC-141961. Two protection enchantments being on the helmet is a legit bug though. Probably the same issue as MC-153195.
