Fullscreen bug

So, I have a bug when playing in fullscreen. For some reason, the game appears on both of my monitors. The actual game appears on the second monitor whereas the clicking is done on the main monitor. It's such a weird bug and only appears when I'm in fullscreen, not windowed mode. I've reinstalled Minecraft and my graphics card drivers but that hasn't fixed the problem at all. I hope someone will have a solution. I've attached a video which demonstrates the problem.
