Sticky left and right click exploit when reloading resource pack

The bug

The game can continue to receive left and right click input after the key is released.

How to reproduce

1. Hold left mouse button

2. Press F3+T to reload the resource pack

3. Release left mouse button

Observed results

Left click is inputted forever until you click it agin. You can even tab out with pause on lost focus disabled and it will continue in background.

Expected results

Left click is no longer inputed once the key button is released.
