Villagers are so stupid

Actions of villagers are so strange. In my village in taiga folks just spin around themselves sitting in water (rivers, paddles, ocean beach). If I kick bell, villagers dont react, they stay in water and spin. This is cause of problem with work and proffesions of villagers. Please fix it. (i have got every block of work even beds.).
