No mobs spawning

So I created two mob farms on my server, and they all worked fine until 1.14.3 pre-release 1.

They are meant to spawn on cobblestone, stone slabs (upper half of course) and grass blocks.

Everything around the farm is lit up and the difficulty is easy, but there are no mobs. my enderman farm still works fine but there are no mobs in the overworld.
