Lighting Chunk Error

I was changing the time of day to use daylight censors. While changing the time I came across a chuck where lighting appeared as day, even though it was night time. I broke a few blocks around just to see if it would go away but no luck. I changed the time back to day and all was normal. But once I turned back to night, the chunk error was still there.
