i cant see any skins anywhere

i can't see any Minecraft skins i have tried everything: restarting the game, relogging, replacing the skins folder, reinstalling Minecraft, checking for viruses and deleting the .minecraft file and letting it reinstall

please look into this, but this does not affect any of my friends they say everything is fine and they can see my and everybody else's skin
