Kicked off boat while going up bubble stream

What i expected to happen was that i would go to the top in a boat.

What actually happened was i went up 30 blocks and it kicked me off, same applies to mobs riding the boat.

Using a minecart, horse and pig to go up works fine. Only affects boats.

 

Steps to Reproduce (World save in attachment)

  1. Build a water elevator

  2. Ride boat into elevator

  3. Get kicked off around 30 blocks

Works as intended in 1.13.2

Same design but works in 1.13.2

I think this is not a bug.When somebody hits boat,It'll be shaken and soon,It'll be broken.Same thing in the water elevator.But It just kicks you.

Thats the thing, i tried the same build in 1.13.2, and it doesnt kick you off
