[MC-154763] baby cows will not grow up when you feed them wheat

fed a baby cow a stack of wheat. still wont grow up

edit* tried again in 1.14.2, still wouldnt grow up

I can confirm this also happens with sheep. Spent two stacks of wheat on one baby, never grew up. This is happening on 1.14.2

I cannot reproduce this. When observing the Age NBT of the animal, it gets reduced by feeding wheat. How much wheat you need is a gameplay decision by Mojang, and not a bug.
