All item frames disappear when loading world

All item frames are gone after loading any world in 1.14.3-pre4 for the first time. Item frames placed in this version remain.

Have you opened the world in 1.14.3-pre3?

See MC-154499. If you have a backup from before 1.14.3-pre3, you can restore it and all the item frames should stay.
