I was building a village for fun in a single player world, and I used a fill command to place a bunch of stonecutters so that the villagers would get jobs. Then I threw some items while standing on the stone cutters and noticed that they slid around like the stonecutter was made of ice. I experimented a little bit, and they acted normally unless the stonecutter was on top of ice, packed ice, or blue ice
Environment
This happened in an ice spikes biome surface generated buffet singleplayer world.
