Randomly, villager GUI close directly when oppening (right click) for many villager, I barely see the GUI for a half second before closing, I can't post video... sorry...

Confirmed, here the same. Just upgraded to 1.14.3: Trading-GUI opens for half a second and closes automatically.
=> happens for all "old" villagers that were traded with before (in previous versions)
-> all "new" villagers (that chose a new profession and never were traded with before) are ok
– some villagers with minimal trades (one or two times max.) in the past work as well, so it seems like it depends on when (in which version?) they traded at first...

I confirm this problem with 'old' villagers trading GUI in this version. I played 1.14.2 a while without any problem with villagers in many villages. As soon as I upgraded to 1.14.3, the problem was obvious only with villagers I already traded with, while the one I didn't trade with before opened their GUI without any difficulty.
I didn't have time to verify if this happens in specific situation (biome, ...).

This issue is fixed on latest snapshot, and will be available on full release starting 1.14.4.
