Minecraft Freeze when itneracting or being near sheep Mobs

Whenever I find sheep in the Minecraft world (both single and multiplayer), the game will freeze up and I will have to open task manager and end the javaw.exe process.

The Minecraft windows becomes unresponsive and it appears asthough teh mouse dissapears behind the window once I've presse Alt + Tab to free the mouse.

Performing a clean install of Minecraft did not help.

I've tried to log and error messages.

First I tried running teh launcher thorugh a batch file containing — "%ProgramFiles%/Java/jre7/bin/java" -Xms1G -Xmx1G -cp Minecraft.exe net.minecraft.LauncherFrame

The result is attached as log.txt

I've also gotten a dump from the javaw.exe process but I've no idea what to do with that. I cannot attatch it because it is too large. (1.01GB)
