WAYYY too many mobs spawning at a time.

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
minecraft to be normal and for no abnormalities to uprise.

What actually happened was...:
millions of mobs, i run /kill @e[type=bat] and it kills up to 300 at once.
spam it and it keeps killing groups of 5-20.
plus, this, with mobspawning off by the way, and all naturally spawned:

Steps to Reproduce:
just play minecraft.

any way you want to, and then check by running /kill commands and seeing ow quickly and how many of one type of mob spawns. bats are the best example in my experience.

Did you change anything about the random tick speed? Because that is the only thing that might cause craptons of mobs to spawn

i did change it at one point, but this was happening before i changed it in the first place.

and its stil spawning stuff i think it shoudnt with mobspawning off.

like zombie raids and iron golems

one iron golem spawned onside a villagers attic, SOMEHOW not suffocating, as his head was inside the stairs, so the game is going to great lengths to spawn them in too.

and more are spawning.

they like to keep villagers from getting to beds to sleep in at night...

sorry for taking a while to respond, it was 9:30pm lasst night when i got your response.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 release.
