[MC-156011] Old Villagers do not restock as they should

Villagers that have trades unlocked before 1.14.4 pre 2 do not restock up to x16 x12 x4 as changed in 1.14.4 pre 2. they still restock up to x8 x6 x2

As a hack fix, you could run the comand :

/data modify ... Offers.Recipes[X].Trades set value (16/12/4)

Where in ... goes the uuID of the villager and Where X is the position of the trade you want to upgrade, and the number (16/12/4) one of those would be the correct amount of items that would be traded in newer 1.14.4 version

Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.16 Release Candidate 1 or later.
