[MC-156570] Stonecutter has a scrollbar on the GUI

When accessing the stone cutter interface, there is a scroll bar. It may be noticed that any block inserted does not give you the ability to use it.

The scrollbar is there in case there are more than twelve entries for an item. In the screenshot, there are less than twelve items so there is no need to scroll.
