[MC-15681] Unable to get out of minecart

When attempting to get out of a minecart, I am unable to because after jumping out it forces me back in. Also when I stand near a minecart, I get sucks in. I am also on multiplayer.

Still unable. Also, this only happens in a tight space. Sneaking does not appear to work at all.

It is like I jump out but then just after jump right back in.

Many, (TimTheEnchanter, xVote, Spawner, IP-Check, Shopkeepers, WorldEdit, CoreProtect, CommandBook, Vault, NoWither, PermissionsEx, ProtocolLib, Multiverse-Core, LWC, WorldGuard, Essentials, Enjin Minecraft Plugin, CraftBook, EssentialsChat) But I had this problem with the latest snapshot. (No plugins)

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
