Was unable to reproduce this in either 1.14.3 or 1.14.4-pre6 in Creative and Survival modes. If you can still reproduce this, please describe what you were doing before the issue occurred.
It may also be helpful to attach the full launcher log found in
[minecraft/launcher_log.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/minecraft-logs/], in case this is a side effect of MC-138550 (high ms ticks causing weird interactions with the world).
