[MC-15688] Axe breaks all slabs in adventure mode. No drops for stone.

On adventure mode axes can destroy all kinds of slabs. Stone based slabs break faster than no tool would in survival but slower than a pickaxe and will not drop anything.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
