i can't move or move my screen. beacuse of lag i cant even play the game because of lag i had a problem were i could not even log into minecraft now i can but i cant haddle the lag

i have every thing at low as it can go in settngs most are off idk what do do my java is fine its on newest update and it says that Minecraft has run out of memary how do I fix this
