When sheared via a dispenser, sheep named jeb_ drop only white wool, not the color they are currently displaying. This conflicts with the fact that when sheared via a player sheep named jeb_ drop the color of wool they are displaying.

You are mistaken that jeb sheep drop the displayed color when sheared by hand

No, it that dispensers don’t shear correctly. Players do.
