What I expected to happen was...:
Chunk should be loaded

Chunk at the side of my screen isn't loading
Steps to Reproduce:
I have my FOV at 91 and when I look at south-west, all the chunks at the west side are not shown

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-63020, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
