Patrol Leaders spawned in a raid don't give Bad Omen effect when within bounds of a village

Initiate a raid and collect a Patrol Leader (Pillager or Vindicator with banner). Move him far away so he no longer counts towards the raid. Finish the raid and bring the Patrol Leader back or transport him to a new Village without a raid. Kill the Patrol Leader and no Bad Omen effect will be applied to you.
