Stuck

What I expected to happen was...:
Getting some fine quality dirt.

What actually happened was...:
Somehow got glitched in a block whilst mining with an efficiency V shovel.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Dug some dirt while moving around with an efficiency V.
2.  Randomly got stuck.

Additional Info: 

When I try to move it's very jittery and after a while it does stop and everything is back to normal.
